Kenny Ball and his Jazzmen celebrate 40 years in the music business when they appear at Buxton Opera House, at 7.30 p.m. on Sunday, 27th September.

The internationally acclaimed Compass Theatre Company present one of the most thrilling tales in the English language, when Jekyll and Hyde visits Buxton Opera House on Tuesday, 22nd to Saturday, 26th September, as part of a major three month national tour, with this enthralling new production of Stevenson's classic.

Frances Black, one of Ireland's most popular female artists, is appearing at Buxton Opera House on Wednesday, 30th September, at 7.30 p.m.

As a member of one of Ireland's most famous musical families, she has a pedigree which is second to none.

Frances singing professionally in 1986 with her family and has sung with the internationally famous group "Arcady" and recorded a best selling album with Keiran Gross.

In 1993, Frances received rave reviews for her performance on the Guinness "Celebration of Irish Music" tour and contributed two tracks to the million selling "Women's Heart" album which featured the best of Ireland's singers.
